The GM/YM Series engines are available in both shaftdrive and saildrive configurations.

The 1GM10C Saildrive configuration feature patented double-seal safety technology with audio warning device. The Yanmar design helps to eliminate shaft vibrations, unnecessary noise, alignment, and space problems, thanks to their direct power-to-prop configuration. Boat balance, manoeuvrability and thrust are improved for a better boating experience.
